Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room was spacious and clean, the check-in process was delayed with unmade beds and damp towels. The service was very friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met promptly. The location, though beautiful with Christmas decorations, lacked cell coverage for many providers and was a bit far from the lake. Facilities were satisfactory, but there were some issues with the room cleanliness upon arrival.
Although the high Sierra suite wasn't as clean as expected, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location, though away from the lake, was nice and beautifully decorated with Christmas lights. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
